MOVES TO ALLOW GUNS
IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS: "In a surprise move, a House panel
voted today to repeal a state law that forbids the carrying of handguns on
property and buildings owned by state, county and city governments including
parks and playgrounds. 'I think the recent Virginia disaster or catastrophe
or nightmare or whatever you want to call it has woken up a lot of people to
the need for having guns available to law-abiding citizens,' said Rep. Frank Niceley, R-Strawberry Plains."

TIDBITS COMMENT:
In Texas a few years ago a woman
ran for Congress , successfully, after her mother and father were
murdered along with several others in a restaurant when some nutcase came in
and started shooting for no reason.
She turned over a table and reached for the gun she always
carried in her purse and realized she had left it in the car because the State
Law would not allow her to bring it into that restaurant. She ran for Congress
on the basis that all law abiding citizens who are not felons or have a
Domestic Violence charge should have the right to defend themselves their family,
and property...she won her congressional seat by a
landslide.
As I mentioned in a previous column, the two hour
movie about someone terrorizing a family in their own home, that we have seen
so many of ....would be a two minute clip if the family had a gun.
Don't be hood-winked, ...except for
the few misguided well meaning people, those that want to disarm you have
other plans for you as they did in the Soviet Union and all other communist
countries, these are some of the most powerful and wealthiest men in
the world.
It is a matter of record that crime
rates drop drastically in every State that issue "Right to
Carry" licenses. And crime rates are the highest in those States that do
not issue permits (because the criminal does not know who may be armed).
Another big confusion as to the second amendment
of the "right to keep and bear arms" is the "well regulated
militia" that they want you to think is the National Guard. Nothing
could be further from the TRUTH. ....The Militia is: "every able
bodied MALE 18 years or older in the
The NATIONAL GUARD is an ENLISTED, PAID
ARMY, just like the Air Force, Army, Navy &
Marines. And is not in any way connected with the MILITIA....NOW YOU
KNOW THE TRUTH ON THAT SUBJECT!
How many lives 30?- 20?.... would
have been saved if a law abiding permit holder with a gun would have
been at Virginia Tech at the start or any time after the killing
started.
The shooter at

I
have always noticed that women that never used a gun... once on the firing
range and lose their fear and nervousness ...really enjoy shooting. I think
they realize that with a gun they no longer have the fear as they did
before...and no longer are the weaker sex but rather as strong as the biggest,
bully, rapist, mugger, child abuser, thief, carjacker, etc., out there... And
GOD Bless them for taking the time to find that out.
